Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:
- The date of the autopsy is obviously in error. The cover page says "7th day of April 1993," but the incident that allegedly killed this child did not happen until April 19, 1993. According to Page 3, the examination took place on May 7, 1993.
- Cause of death: Suffocation due to overlay and burial in structural collapse; global charring.
- "The body is that of a badly decomposed young girl …"
Compare the condition of this body with MC Doe 54, Juliet Martinez. The official cause of death and disposition of remains was similarly described. Yet Juliet was "well preserved" while Audrey was "badly decomposed."
The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.
